The eagerly anticipated annual in-person event brings together vets and vet nurses from across the UK, uniting under a shared vision: to boost team collaboration, enhance patient safety and improve veterinary care.

This year’s event, held on 17 October 2025 at Consort E3, Harper and Keele Vet School, will be co-delivered by two leading organisations in the field of veterinary patient safety and human factors, and promises practical activities, fresh insights and dynamic discussions.

Veterinary team members who are curious about applying the latest research, strategies, and tools to elevate patient safety are invited to participate in the day. The summit will provide an inspiring environment to connect with like-minded peers, learn from top experts, and explore innovative approaches to everyday challenges in clinical practice.
