SPVS has announced the dates of cohort 4 of its GP Mastery course, a unique development programme created to address the non-clinical challenges faced by vets in general practice - many of which are still underrepresented in traditional CPD.
Targeted at vets in the first third of their careers, those returning to clinical work, or anyone in need of renewed confidence, the course focuses on the real-world skills that underpin success in practice—from time management and decision-making under pressure to communication, imposter syndrome and burnout prevention.
“My employee is now more confident and focused on driving business initiatives” said Vicki Farbon, MA VetMB, GPCert (SAM), PgC, SADI, MRCVS, clinical director at Scott Veterinary Clinic and SPVS chair of the board.
